Meet Our Team
Welcome to the Torbay VTS team. We're a small but perfectly formed group of teaching enthusiasts.
Enthusiastic clownfish are imaginative problem solvers who are always happy to improvise and are great at getting things done.
Naturally creative, they strive to be different and own their style. They are often risk- takers who prefer original thinking - this is when their persuasiveness comes in handy.
They're searching for their individual identity, drawn to express themselves through drama, words or art. They don't like being told what to do - they'd rather work things out for themselves.
Visionary Clownfish value harmony and tend to nurture their staff.
Their desire is to create a meaningful impact in the world even whilst working in organisations with strict targets or objectives.

Falcons are imaginative and spontaneous problem-solvers who love learning new skills. Alert, outspoken and interesting company, they find it very easy to communicate. Falcons are accident-prone risk-takers who enjoy variety and action and who tend to leave things until the (very) last minute. They get bored easily and soon like to move on to something new.
Imaginative and creative, Falcons often have a great sense of humour and strive to be different with their own unique sense of style. They like nothing more than to push boundaries and enjoy negotiating changes in the rules.
They're adventurous, direct and assertive. They tend to like and offer freedom and independence to their team members.

Friendly, cheerful Dolphins have bundles of energy.
Dolphins are natural performers and are always looking to try out new things. They are enthusiastic and love variety and action.
They are imaginative and creative problem solvers, who focus on getting the job done. Emotionally, Dolphins are very warm. They are usually the ones deep in discussion, talking about their opinions, values and views.
Dolphins tend to get along well with others. People like their warmth, enthusiasm and compassion
They work hard at making their relationships strong, deep and meaningful.
Visionary, personal, democratic, value/seek harmony, organised.
Cats like to enjoy the here and now. Living in the moment, they find it easy to adapt and change their plans.
They are popular team members but rarely push their views forward unless asked and like to be aware of people's strengths and beliefs.
Cats may sometimes need to be encouraged to ask for help when they need it, rather than always trying to find their own solution.
They're good at solving problems.
Caring, quiet, personal, democratic and flexible. Quite rare as leaders (because they are usually task-focused) and therefore can bring in original perspectives and approaches to their role.
Try finishing the important things before starting new projects.
